Refund policy
OUR COMMITMENT
We stand behind our formulas and want you to love your Bea Renewed products.
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product
- A photo of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
ORDER CHANGES
Orders are processed quickly, so we may not always be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
