Order Processing

All products are carefully prepared and packed in small batches to ensure quality. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing time may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified via email.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
